By using the Mimi’s Miracle website and placing an order with Mimi’s Miracle you agree to Mimi’s Miracle Terms and Conditions.

Mimi’s Miracle will be referred to as ‘Us’, ‘Our’ or ‘We’
The Customer will be referred to as ‘You’ and ‘Your’

Those with sensitive skin types should take caution and perform a skin test prior to liberal use of a product. We provide scented and unscented versions to try and overcome this. ‘We’ do not use nut oils, however we cannot be held liable for the manufacturing process used by our suppliers. We do use coconut, which is not a true nut where some with a nut allergy may be concerned. Please exercise your discretion if you have a severe nut allergy.

The descriptions against our products are for guidance. Colours may vary slightly due to the natural nature of ‘Our’ products.

Storage of ‘Products’
‘We’ cannot accept liability for Goods bought and stored incorrectly by ‘You’.

‘We’ do not use synthetic preservatives to prolong shelf life in our products. Please check the period after opening symbol on the Product for shelf life.

‘We’ will not be held responsible for the misuse of ‘Our’ products.

Conditions of Sale
All orders are dispatched upon receipt of cleared payment.

All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT)

The price shown excludes postage and packaging. This is calculated automatically, taking into account the delivery destination and the weight of the order. The price for postage and packaging is given at the checkout.

‘We’ have the right to amend our product prices from time to time. This will not affect orders paid for in full prior to amendment.

‘We’ accept Visa, Switch, Mastercard and Paypal. ‘You’ are also able to make payment for Purchases Online via Bank Transfer and Cheque

Cheques should be made payable to Mimi’s Miracle and posted to Orders, Mimi’s Miracle, Tame Road, B6 7DS

Please write ‘your’ name, address and order number on the back of the cheque.

Goods paid for via cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Postage and Packaging
‘We’ have the right to amend our postage and packaging costs from time to time. This will not affect orders paid for in full prior to the amendment.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the first national working day. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 days

Packages must be signed for by the addressee.

‘You’ will be liable for the cost of redelivery of items that have been delivered with the incorrect information submitted by ‘You’.

Please return goods to Customer Care, Mimi’s Miracle, Tame Road, B6 7DS with your name, address and order reference number written clearly.

‘You’ can cancel your order any time before dispatch.

Cancellation after dispatch must be done within 7 days from receipt in Unused and Original Sale Condition and at your cost. You will be refunded the cost of your order less the Postage and Packaging costs and Administration cost of 15%.

Refunds and Returns
‘We’ will accept returns only in Unused and Original Sale Condition. ‘You’ must inform ‘Us’ of the fact that ‘You’ wish to return Goods within 3 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned to ‘Us’ within 8 days of the dispatch date.

Damaged Goods
‘We’ cannot accept liability for Goods damaged in transit.

‘We do not intend to replace the advice given to ‘You’ by professionals. ‘You are responsible for checking products do not inhibit ‘Your’ current medication or medical condition.

‘We’ will not disclose ‘Your’ personal details or email address to others.
